Role description: This role is with one of our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans that align with client objectives and organizational standards.
- Monitor project tasks, assign responsibilities, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring accountability for deliverables from internal and external teams.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.
- Prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project status reports to ensure transparency across all milestones.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years in project management roles, preferably within technology-driven environments.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience in BFSI or startup settings is advantageous.
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Additional Qualifications: An MBA or experience in startups is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and a business-oriented mindset.
