Role Overview:
As a Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics you will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making for our clients' media campaigns. You will analyze marketing and advertising performance across multiple channels and synthesize complex data into compelling insights that inform media strategies, enhance audience targeting, and optimize marketing effectiveness. This role requires a strong mix of analytical expertise, problem solving, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of measurement plans including metric availability across systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned to measurement plans
- On-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate
- Analyze media performance across digital (paid social, display, search, video) channels, developing observations and actionable insights around campaign results
- Collaborate with media planning, activation, strategy, and account teams to provide data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides
- Presenting reports and proposals to clients during monthly and weekly phone calls
- Partner with reporting and engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and automation of reporting processes.
- Query and manipulate large datasets and uncover actionable insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging measurement methodologies, and media consumption shifts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
- Experience within a media, marketing, or advertising agency environment major plus
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with bug data querying and manipulation, SQL a plus
- Understanding of attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
