Department Overview
Advanced Analytics and Automation builds automation, analytics and artificial intelligence solutions that drive success for Cardinal Health by creating material savings, efficiencies and revenue growth opportunities. The team drives business innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and turning them into differentiating business capabilities.
This is an agile team focused on building various automation applications within the enterprise such as RPA and intelligent automation solutions
Essential Knowledge required:
- Experience in developing and delivering Intelligent Automation/Cognitive solutions preferably using Automation anywhere and Python
- Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
- Analyze system monitoring data and make the corrections/enhancements to the Automation solution
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
- Applies judgment within defined parameters
- Quickly diagnose and resolve issues; ensure they are transferred to the appropriate team for follow up if required
- Write user stories and necessary technical requirements for projects including complex business rules, logic flow diagrams, conditional logic, use cases and specific workflows
- Split business requirements into thorough, detailed, developer-focused specifications with acceptance criteria and detailed requirements
- Work closely with product owners and user experience designers to ensure clear definition of all enhancements and bugs, translating them to requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and support experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing/developing /supporting Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools (Robotic Process Automation)
- Working experience/knowledge in infrastructure/application architecture
- Working experience/knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, .Net, or other low code tools
- Python & Java experience is preferred
- Automation Anywhere certification is a plus
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organization success
- Willingness to adapt to and self-learn new technologies and deliver on them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate status of requests and issues both with IT and business partner
- Experience in any data visualization tool like Tableau/looker/ experience is plus.
