We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This is a 100% in-person role for the first three months, after which a hybrid work arrangement may be evaluated.

As a Technical Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for desktop hardware and software technologies, ensuring that our users have the tools they need to succeed. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and delivering exceptional customer service.

We will count on you to:

• Perform installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all desktop hardware/software technologies.
• Activate and support Blackberry devices, ensuring seamless communication for users.
• Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual hardware as required by end users.
• Respond to incidents within SLA, following up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate incidents and questions to appropriate support groups as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software using the Corporate Asset Management System.

What you need to have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support roles.
• Associate degree in Computer Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Intermediate conversational English skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
