We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Support team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

 We will count on you to:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues by working with internal teams and providing user support.
• Manage and maintain critical applications, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance improvements.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Follow and support implementation and change management processes (e.g., using ServiceNow ITSM).
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base to support operations and continuous improvement.

 What you need to have:

• At least 3-5 years of application technical support, strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong application support experience in insurance domain applications
• Sound understanding for Identity and access management (IAM) and user access management.
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• Unix applications deployments on Jboss6, Unix/Linux, EAP, IIS
• Flexible work approach as some weekend/public holiday work and on call work will be required in this role
