Oracle EBS Finance FUNCTIONAL

We will count on you to:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS
- Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications
- Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives proactively and execute tasks with full ownership and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction.
- Good functional knowledge of Oracle Applications modules GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, AGIS, Order Management, iProcurement, and iExpenses is must.
- Deriving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in P2P, O2C, R2R cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones
- Partners with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
- Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents
- Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis and work closely with business stakeholders and technical team in each phase of the project.
- Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems
- Triaging and analyzing application, data and upstream/downstream integration requirements and issues.
- Analyze the new requirements and present their impact along with recommended solution to users and management.
- Utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business value, processes, save user efforts and system performance using automation.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology.
- Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.
- Perform and participate in Unit testing, SIT, UAT and production migration.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to have:
- At least 5 – 8 Experience in Oracle 12.2 Upgrade as a Consultant
- Strong knowledge in Oracle Application Financial Modules - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order Management, AGIS and iExpenses & iProcurement.
- Should have good experience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Good communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Preferably should have good knowledge of working on Oracle SQL
- Ability to work on CEMLI (RICE) for requirement, analysis, testing and implementation.
- Advanced technical skills, oracle configuration and functional testing.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
