The Investor Services group is responsible for timely and accurate completion of reporting, remittance and reconciliation of residential mortgage pools. This includes activities relating to loan acquisitions, services releases, corporate and PI Advance analysis.
Job Functions includes:

- Resolution of aged and complex cash outages relating to PI Custodial accounts and Payment Clearing accounts
- Performing root cause analysis of outages and work with upstream business units and Senior Management to resolve the process gaps
- Driving cadence with multiple stakeholders (including IT teams) to propose and implement solutions to address the gaps
- Preparing and presenting descriptive analytical reports to Senior Management on resolution status of gaps identified under cash and advance management

Job competencies:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are used to communicate with external investors and internal business teams
Planning and Organizing: Recommend suggestions process enhancements to create efficiencies; Conducts daily activities in a planned, organized fashion, and deals with change effectively and able to adapt rapidly
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (peers and senior management) to drive resolution
Change Management: Be creative and agile in coming up with solutions for identified process gaps
Experience and Skills required:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge in designing SQL queries
- Working with US stakeholders
- Expert knowledge in Account Reconciliation process
- Understanding of US Residential Mortgage Servicing
