We are seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Revenue Tools to drive adoption, understanding, and utilization of our tool stack within our GTM team. This role will focus on overseeing and optimizing tools supporting sales and revenue operations across the teams supporting new customer acquisition. You will manage tool provisioning, troubleshooting, administration, and updates while driving adoption and analyzing effectiveness to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about GTM tools and sales effectiveness, with a drive to ensure tools are utilized to their fullest potential to enhance team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tool Management: Oversee all aspects of GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Gainsight, and others), focusing on those used by the new business team, including provisioning, updates, and day-to-day administration.
  • Optimization & Analytics: Evaluate and recommend system improvements to enhance functionality and meet analytics needs.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary advisor on GTM tools, providing best practices and strategic guidance to cross-functional partners.
  • User Adoption: Collaborate with sales enablement and training teams to drive effective usage and adoption of tools across sales teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues, delivering immediate solutions and implementing long-term enhancements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess tool effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3+ years in sales or revenue operations, with hands-on experience managing sales enablement tools.
  •  Demonstrated expertise in GTM tech stacks, including tools like Gong, Gainsight, Slack, and others.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of leveraging technology to improve sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and sales processes.
  • Passionate about maintaining high-quality data and ensuring tools support robust data management practices.

The annual OTE for this position is $89,600 - $112,500 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
