Job Description
General Summary: A Transportation Logos Specialist will be responsible for supporting LogOS (Kraft Heinz Logistics excellence program), routines, focusing on the Transportation pillar, playing a crucial role on managing program agendas, develop content together with the BU`s experts, manage training content, checking process maturity levels and ensuring the program compliance and expansion across the globe.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage LogOS program deliverables, manage timelines and stakeholders to ensure that the program runs smoothly along the yearly cycle.
- Analyze the current transportation processes and chapters, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
- Development of transportation process content. This involves creating workflow based on process description by expert and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials to ensure that users at the business units are well-equipped to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Monitoring and managing the health check scores of Transportation pillar. This involves conducting regular audits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate the performance and compliance of transport against established LogOS standards.
- Collects and analyzes data related to transportation performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Dropsize, Utilization, RDD and Direct Plant Shipment.
- Follow up on the action plans and work with transportation teams and staff to implement it.
- Understand LogOS strategy, cycle, profile, and context, adopting effective communication aligning the teams with the program expectation.
- Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and results to key stakeholders, including upper management and department heads.
- Confidently apply PDCA and SDCA methodologies, promoting operational efficiency, and developing and tracking action plans to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities, develop, and adapt LogOS tools to automate analysis processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and enabling faster decision-making.
- Prioritize activities and tasks within agreed timelines, ensuring adherence to quality expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to transportaion teams, guiding them through planning, prioritization, health checks, and LogOS implementation phases as needed.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- 4+ Years Supply Chain experience preferably within FMCG
- Previous experience in project management or a consulting role is desired, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Transportation Management Experience: background working with carriers or fleet management is desired.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis, utilizing industry-standard querying tools, and multiple data delivery implementation.
- Good knowledge of standard office software.
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as BI platforms, data visualization tools, and analytical software are a plus.
- Project management skills, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years' experience managing projects.
- Language proficiency in English.
