Brief Description:
This is a requirement for Demand Ops unit within Global Business Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of all campaign related operational tasks across multiple Demand Side Platforms such as campaign setup, modification, tracker testing, screenshots etc
- Generate campaign delivery & performance reports for clients and deliver insights at launch, during and after campaign is live.
- Follow process changes and product updates and quickly adapt to them.
- Assist with documenting internal procedures, policies, and tutorials regarding campaign delivery & set up, reporting procedures and targeting
- Work on third party tools to generate reports for internal consumption
- Analyze regional campaign performance & execute optimization requests. Flag to internal stakeholders if any issue has been identified.
- Proactively pull requests from team queue & ensure completion within SLA
- Work across various internal teams to resolve queries & ensure smooth delivery of tasks
Requirement:
- MBA/ equivalent degree from reputed institute with a minimum 1-2 years experience Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
- Good understanding of online advertising industry and ecosystem
- Good Analytical and Data handling skills
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, database, scheduling and reporting
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, PySpark
- Moderate understanding of HTML & JavaScript
- Results-driven professional with a passion for performance and desire to stay on top of industry and technical trends
- Quick learner, consistent in accuracy and possess the ability to handle and sustain high volumes
- Highly self-motivated team player
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- As part of the team, foster cohesion, demonstrate appreciation & exhibit equal participation to achieve team’s objectives
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiples tasks under pressure
- Flexible to work in shifts
