What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Finance, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and decision-making process. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop company and department-level budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Financial Data Analysis: Gather, organize, and present financial data to support annual budgets and periodic forecasting, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Operational & Performance Metrics: Construct and uphold forecast models, create predictive models to evaluate business initiatives, and analyze financial reports to identify key insights.
- Strategic Insights & Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for management, external investors, and analysts, ensuring leadership has the data needed to drive informed decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive process enhancements, developing standardized reports, Excel models, and tools to streamline financial analysis.
- Variance Analysis & Predictive Analytics: Create actual vs. budgeted expense variance reports and leverage predictive analytics to improve efficiencies across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Support & Rotation: Work across multiple departments, gaining insights into various business functions and providing financial support for different initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who’s ready to bring their A-game. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 to 7 years of related experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with large ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and effectively communicate insights.
- Expertise in creating financial reports, modeling, and developing executive-level presentations.
