Job Description
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you are responsible for gathering, analyzing, and consolidating financial data from all manufacturing sites to prepare accurate and timely management reporting. Your role involves providing financial analysis related to the products costing analysis such as long-term costs assumption, cost reduction and saving initiatives and the like. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain to drive efficiency and cost reduction initiatives for ADI.
The Senior Finance Analyst will provide strong analytical-based decision and reporting support to the Global Costing team. In this role, the individual will be critical in the semi-annual costing update. This role will assist in Royalty and Absorption Reporting, working hand in hand with the Leaders of the Business Units also cross-functionally with Global Operations & Test and other various teams within ADI.
The role also involves providing financial analysis related to the products costing analysis such as long-term costs assumption, cost reduction and saving initiatives and the like.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in financial analysis and product costing, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
- Knowledge on Power BI, Power Query is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong exposure in the following is preferred: SAP/S4 Hana System, Data Analysis Tools such as but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview
- Strong background in different Risks and Controls, SOX requirements, Finance Audit, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
