Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Singapore and Malaysia

Position Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, CSL Behring MYSG Commercial Finance plays a key role in enabling financial processes and delivering accurate and timely financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The role ensures alignment of MYSG Markets business operations across the CSL Behring APAC Cluster ComOps.

This role supports the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Commercial Operations of Malaysia/Singapore and Asia South, ensuring alignment across APAC Cluster ComOps organisation. This position will provide the commercial team with the financial insights needed to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives. The incumbent will work closely with Finance Cluster Head – APAC to ensure effective financial processes, data-driven insights, and performance excellence. This role requires a strategic mindset and a commitment to process excellence. The Manager will collaborate with other APAC Market ComOps FBPs, the Finance Cluster Head - APAC and leaders from cross-functional commercial teams to enhance financial planning, reporting and operational efficiency in CSL Behring’s commercial businesses in MYSG/APAC.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Develop insights & financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that supports the cluster Head of Finance to support the in delivering the thought partnership and financial leadership for the cluster GMs and various stakeholders
• Create presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations.
• Support the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial models.

Business Partnering:

• Provide financial guidance and decision support to the Cluster GM and Affiliate GM’s.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor, understanding their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Assist in strategic decision-making, including market entry, product launches, and pricing strategies.

Financial Performance Management:

• Monitor and measure financial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalate to the Cluster FBP where their attention is required. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine non-financial performance targets.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing enabling insights and recommendations.

Projects, Processes & Technology:

• Participate in regional, global functional, and cross-functional process and technology projects.
• Ensure business process excellence by identifying business needs in information analysis and decision-making support.
• Deliver other assignments and responsibilities as required by the supervisor from time to time.
