  • Support critical corporate reporting materials for our Board of Directors, Quarterly Financial Reviews, and Investor Day

  • Partner with Data Engineers to maintain the data platform, monitor testing, and establish new data pipelines

  • Collaborate with other analytics teams to build scalable data models, optimize processes, and create meaningful reporting tools

  • Independently lead initiatives in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation, and presentation of findings to all levels of management

  • Implement data governance processes through documentation, observability, and controls

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in SQL with a solid understanding of database design and modeling best practices, including version control and modeling software such as dbt and GitHub. Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools preferred

  • Strong perspective on analytics development cycle (data modeling, version control, documentation + testing, best practices for codebase development)

  • Inquisitive mindset with a drive to make connections between financial, operational, and product data

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work through ambiguity with a strong ownership mindset

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strong data-driven storylines and content to both general and senior audiences
