Position Overview
The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics & Reporting is an active thought partner who contributes to shaping the technology demand among the Exact Sciences business community. This role will serve as a cross-functional internal consultant, primarily focusing on Epic report development (including Slicer Dicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar) to support various business units across the organization. This position requires a strong technical skillset in Epic report development and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting tools that empower end users to make informed decisions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that analytics solutions meet user needs effectively. Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
- Create dashboards and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to respond to emerging business questions.
- Effectively compile and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, business intuition, and the ability to drive consensus across different functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate in a cross cultural and complex matrix environment, and ability to build consensus across functions.
- Be adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous situations and effectively respond to new information or unexpected circumstances.
- Capacity for decision making in complex scenarios and for holding one-self and others accountable to those decisions.
- Provide leadership assistance to other analysts by modeling best-practices and approaches and serving as a coach to more junior colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills, prioritization skills, business intuition, and organizational ability.
- Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science/MIS or related field; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of relevant business experience.
- 3+ years of direct business analytics experience.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Python, R, Microsoft Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science/MIS or related field; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience creating, managing, and deploying Epic reporting tools (Slicer Dicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar).
- Epic reporting certificates.
- 1+ years of Tableau development/visualization experience; including designing and developing reports and dashboards with large data volumes.
- Experience with biotechnology, laboratory, or healthcare industries.

Salary Range:
$85,000.00 - $135,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
