Position Summary:

ParetoHealth continues to grow and enhance our post-sales customer experience, we are seeking a customer-centric and process-oriented Customer Operations Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and tenacious problem solver, with a natural curiosity and a passion for analyzing data and gathering feedback. In this role, you will focus on identifying, implementing, and documenting operational and process improvements that enhance efficiency, elevate the customer experience, and support retention efforts.

This position reports directly to the VP of Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and optimization of scalable post-sale processes and workflows
  • Develop and maintain consistent and detailed documentation, including Account Management playbooks and process guides 
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to advance tools and systems, elevate the customer experience, and streamline operational processes 
  • Lead process improvement initiatives from strategy through execution, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, driving automation, and enhancing the customer experience in collaboration with Product and Marketing
  • Partner with Account Management to operationalize internal training and customer enablement strategies
  • Oversee workflow tools and CRM systems, ensuring customer data integrity and accuracy in partnership with Tech, Product, and Finance teams 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and Account Management leadership to establish operating mechanisms that enable more visibility and drive measurable results

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 5-8 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements by analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and driving efficiencies aligned with long-term strategic goals for scalability 
  • Proven project management expertise, with experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in customer experience analytics and Salesforce (SFDC), including experience building dashboards, generating reports, and documenting business requirements for workflow and process automation
  • Self-starter with bias toward action that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities 
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation capabilities
