Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand, refine, and deliver on project objectives
  • Employ data-driven insights to strategically position our audiences for business opportunities utilizing various resources and survey tools, including Comscore, Google Analytics (or comparable site analytics platform), MRI, Qualtrics, Vivvix, and more
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders based on data-driven insights, including (but not limited to) helping stakeholders understand their target audience, identify key behaviors and perceptions, and measure the impact of their efforts
  • Ensure timely delivery of internal insights and market research reports, maintaining clear communication with internal teams regarding project timelines and progress
  • Take a lead role on various research execution tasks, from project brief development, survey design/testing, data analysis, and report creation

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (Market Research, Psychology, Marketing, Statistics or Social Sciences preferred)
  • Minimum three years of consumer insights/market research experience
  • Proficiency in survey design and related platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer, Forsta, SurveyMonkey etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital media or health/pharma industry
  • Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, SAS etc.) or dashboarding platform a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering results in a timely manner
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills, coupled with an attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or Google Equivalent
  • A resourceful, nimble self-starter, ready to jump in and contribute wherever necessary
  • A positive, can-do attitude that fosters collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $80,000.00 - $96,000.00
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
