Stibo Systems is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven GSI Alliances Manager to lead and manage relationships with key Systems Integrators (SIs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), including prominent firms such as Deloitte, PwC, and Infosys.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and creating high-impact partnerships that align with Stibo Systems' growth objectives across North America. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience with global consulting and systems integration firms to develop joint go-to-market strategies, foster long-term alliances, and deliver enterprise-level solutions in collaboration with strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alliance Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior leaders at major Systems Integrators and Global Systems Integrators, such as Deloitte, PwC, Infosys, and other top-tier partners. Ensure alignment with Stibo Systems’ business objectives, focusing on driving mutual growth and success across the North American market.

Revenue Growth & Business Development: Lead efforts to drive revenue and market expansion through the SI and GSI ecosystems. Develop joint value propositions, create co-selling opportunities, and leverage Stibo Systems’ solutions to address enterprise-level business needs.

Alliance Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive account and partner strategies in collaboration with SIs and GSIs. Align Stibo Systems' offerings with partner capabilities, creating a strong joint go-to-market approach that results in increased business and deeper market penetration.

Sales & Pipeline Management: Oversee the management and growth of the sales pipeline through strategic alliances, ensuring partner engagement at all stages of the sales cycle. Track KPIs and metrics to assess performance and continuously improve the partnership's effectiveness.

Partner Enablement & Training: Work closely with internal teams to create and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs, training materials, and sales resources. Ensure that partner teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to position and sell Stibo Systems solutions effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Business Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess progress, identify new opportunities, and address any challenges. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and revenue generation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Stibo Systems' sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partners are well-supported, equipped with up-to-date resources, and have the necessary tools to succeed in delivering solutions to their clients.

Market Intelligence & Insights: Leverage your deep understanding of the SI and GSI ecosystem to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities for Stibo Systems. Stay informed on industry shifts and partner strategies to guide the development of new solutions and business models.
Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic alliance management, partner sales, or business development, specifically with leading Systems Integrators and Global Systems Integrators such as Deloitte, PwC, Infosys, or similar. Proven track record in building successful partnerships with these firms to drive enterprise-level solutions and revenue growth.

Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the SI/GSI ecosystem, with a focus on the strategies, business models, and solution delivery mechanisms of global consulting firms. Familiarity with the data management and enterprise software industries is highly desirable.

Revenue & Business Growth: Demonstrated success in driving revenue through strategic alliances, managing large partner portfolios, and executing joint sales initiatives that result in substantial business growth. Direct Sales experience is a strong plus.

Leadership & Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in SI/GSI organizations. Ability to influence and align partners with Stibo Systems' vision and goals.

Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute high-level partner strategies. Proficient in analyzing market trends, sales data, and partner performance to guide decision-making and achieve business objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced certifications or training in partner management, strategic alliances, or similar disciplines are a plus.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to engage with partners, attend industry events, and support key alliance initiatives.
