Job Description
Regularly review and update commodity balance sheets and identify and highlight trading conclusions from the balance sheets
• Collecting, cleaning & analysing data via primary surveys
• Providing insights to improve primary data collection
• Come up with new ideas methods to improve accuracy on supply/demand estimates
• Co-ordinate between trading & research team by sharing insights between teams in India & Globally
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)
• Fluent in English, Hindi. Proficiency in any other regional language will be beneficial (though not necessary) as the profile may require to travel to different parts of the country.
• Knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel Skills), VBA & Power BI
• Analytics Skills
• Strong Agronomical Skills relating to crop forecasting.
• Weather analysis
• Gross margin analysis
