About the role

We're looking for a Senior Advisor, Relationship Marketing to join our growing team!

The incumbent will actively contribute to the planning, creation, deployment and performance assessment of the national relationship marketing campaigns. This person will have the chance to work on a wide range of mandates related to acquisition, loyalty and retention for the different Intact Financial Corporation brands, notably Intact Insurance and belairdirect, throughout the various markets. In addition to carrying out a variety of initiatives directly contributing to the organization’s main business objectives, the Advisor will be invited to share recommendations on the evolution of these initiatives, as well as the strategies being used. The Advisor will also be required to represent the team in various committees and meetings including the different stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, versioning, production and monitoring of direct marketing campaigns and client communications (email, SMS, direct mail, call script) targeting existing customers and prospects, for the different Intact Financial Corporation brands and segments.

  • Manage projects autonomously, from the brief to the final delivery, making sure to get the relevant knowledge and information for each project, and quickly adapting to changes that could occur along the way. 

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, in close collaboration with the internal teams (database, operations, IT, web environments, brand, legal, etc.), the relationship marketing agency and other external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are respected.

  • Review marketing pieces and coordinate approvals with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Validate proofs to ensure a flawless delivery without mistake.

  • Coordinate the tracking of expenses, open purchase orders and monitor accordingly.

  • Ensure compliance with the various brands’ creative guidelines.

  • Keep track of campaigns’ results and actively participate in their performance analysis as well as the appropriate recommendations, in an ongoing optimization, innovation and outperformance perspective.

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing / Communications or in any other related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, relationship marketing or other marketing field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bilingualism (English/French) – need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • Sense of organization and priority management.

  • Great ability to adapt to changes, resistance to stress.

  • Leadership and excellent teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Dynamism, proactivity, and creative spirit.

  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Agency experience, an asset.

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, an asset.

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
