We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist, Dialog Insight to join our team and lead our email marketing efforts using Dialogue Insight. More specifically, you will be required to:

Set up and send personalized emails: Create and send targeted email campaigns using Dialog Insight, ensuring that each email is catered and relevant to the recipient

Manage email replies: Monitor and manage email replies, quickly and efficiently dealing with any problems or queries

Manage and sort email lists: oversee the organization and segmentation of email lists to ensure accurate targeting and effective communication

Automate communications: develop and manage automated workflows to streamline communication processes and improve client engagement.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, computer science or in a related field

A minimum of four years of relevant experience

Experience with Dialog Insight or similar SAS tools

Knowledge of French, spoken and written is required for positions in Quebec
-
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and strategies
-
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools
