Our Emerging Enterprise NN Sales organization is growing, and we are looking for a versatile Senior Administrative Assistant to support the AVP and RVP of both the Emerging and Enterprise business.

About The Role
Workday is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic sales leaders. In this role, you will support a Area Vice President and Regional Vice President of Sales in North America. We are looking for a well-organized and motivated individual with high energy and a proactive attitude to provide administrative and organizational communications support.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, prioritize, and anticipate 1-4 executive's day-to-day schedule, confirm meetings, enter expenses, and attend to other matters as needed.

Book domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground travel) including complex planning of meeting agendas and logistics, assist with meeting coordination, and create detailed itineraries for executive travel. Problem solves non-routine travel issues and keen awareness of unique time zones and travel complexities.

Plan and coordinate department events as they arise, including the support of all meeting details (preparing agendas, preparing presentations, ordering meals, securing space, and inviting attendees).

Prepare internal and external communications and presentations.

Process expense reports in Workday and ensure spend is within budget

Interact and communicate with employees at all levels and across the organization, including other Workday executives, and outside vendors.

Proactive and problem solver - takes action with little/no direction, acts on behalf of the Executive. Anticipates what's upcoming and helps executives stay ahead.
About You
Basic Qualifications

BA/BS degree or 4+ years of administrative support experience.
Other Qualifications

Strong, professional presence and presentation; Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong skill set working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.

Ability to coordinate small/medium/large events with little direction.

High energy, positive attitude, and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently with general direction and guidance.

Ability to put yourself in the executive’s shoes and manage the schedule in a way promotes the most effective use of time.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask/prioritize work.

Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the utmost integrity.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $88,000 USD - $132,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $70,900 USD - $132,000 USD
