What We Do

Maddox serves the commercial, industrial, utility, and renewables segments of the transformer market. We work with small operators, all the way up to the largest projects in the country. Our customers value speed, transparency, and an easy buying experience.

We sell, rent, repair and buy transformers.

With thousands of units in-stock and expedited production slots available, Maddox is dedicated to fast lead times and helping you get your project powered on as fast as possible. Our highly trained sales and customer service teams are dedicated to finding you the right transformer and delivering it to you at the right time.

We believe in not only providing a dependable product with outstanding customer service, but in conducting ourselves with character and integrity in all that we do. We believe that strong relationships and a good reputation are our most important assets.

Our experience has taught us that the best way to serve our customers is to deliberately concentrate our skills and expertise on a single line of products. From the very start, MIT was built with an exclusive focus on transformers and transformer-related equipment. We do one thing, and we do it very well.

We serve customers who value quick lead-times, extensive technical expertise, excellent customer service, and ease of doing business. Our customers are primarily industrial and commercial clients, contractors, and equipment dealers/distributors.
