(Senior) Accountant | (Starszy) Księgowy / (Starsza) Księgowa 
in a fast growing company with start-up flair

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Participation in accounting system migration and data transfer from external accounting partner
• Posting cost invoices, employee expenses and bank statements
• Verification, approval of invoices and control of the accuracy of accounting and tax entries
• Supervise the proper circulation of accounting documents and their completeness
• Participation in month and year-end closing, preparing necessary documentation and reports
• Preparation of tax returns (VAT, CIT) and statistical reports, NBP
• Participation in annual audit
• Preparation of payment runs in accounting system (IFS)

Qualifications

Requirements:

• You have either a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or have equivalent completed business education with work experience
• You have several years of Accounting experience and a strong understanding of and experience in accounting practices, accounting processes and systems
• You are excellent self-organized and able to meet the required deadlines
• You are speaking and writing English fluent and Polish native
• You like to work in an agile organization environment and you describe yourself as hands-on
