Job Description

  • Independent implementation of integrated 360° communication projects and adaptation projects for the CE market;
  • Organization and management of a small team's work;
  • Coordination of project’s budget: creation of cost estimates, coordination of invoicing process with finance department, control of external and internal project costs;
  • Responsible for guiding clients and their expectations managing projects and production issues.
  • Building and maintaining good client relationships;
  • Independent project management;
  • Solicits client feedback and communicates potential areas of improvement to management.
  • Creation of presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries;
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects;
  • Close and continuous cooperation with other agency departments: creative, design, and production.
  • Hybrid remote work model.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in managing marketing projects or 4-6 years of experience in customer service or post-production in an advertising agency;
  • Experience in localizing TV campaigns and digital campaigns or e-commerce;
  • Ability to manage and control project budgets;
  • Sense of responsibility for the entrusted category
  • Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
  • Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
  • Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with clients;
  • Conscientiousness, meticulousness, commitment to projects, motivation for self-improvement and self-development;
  • Skills in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to create and conduct presentations, cost estimates, and timelines;
  • Excellent time and work organization;
  • Very good command of the English and Polish languages in speech and writing;
  • Ability to work within agreed processes and work standards.
