As a New Business Sales Hunter focused on the Healthcare vertical, you’ll be at the forefront of launching a new market segment for Cayuse, a respected leader in research administration technology. This is your chance to step into a high-visibility role with the autonomy to lead, the tools to succeed, and the support to grow your career.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and close net-new business opportunities within the Healthcare vertical
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on new logo acquisition
  • Prospect with purpose—leveraging Salesforce, Salesloft, and other tools to build a strong pipeline
  • Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution alignment with key healthcare stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers in healthcare organizations
  • Expand relationships and drive upsell opportunities within a territory based portfolio of existing customers
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure smooth handoff to post-sales teams
  • Track your activity, forecast accurately, and exceed your targets

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling SaaS into the Healthcare vertical is required (e.g., hospitals, AMCs, research institutions)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in net-new sales roles
  • A hunter mindset with a passion for opening new doors and closing deals
  • Deep understanding of complex sales in matrixed healthcare environments
  • Strong presentation, discovery, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar methodologies
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a results-first attitude
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft and other modern sales tech stacks
