The Role and What You’ll Do:

 

160over90 is currently seeking a Senior Account Executive who will be part of a dedicated agency team responsible for managing the day-to-day partnership activations of a client’s national and regional sports sponsorship initiatives. This position will work closely with the Account Managers of the account on all strategic planning and execution. This role also involves direct interaction and communication with client, partners and other agencies. The Senior Account Executive will also provide support for client-communication responsibilities.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of a client’s soccer sponsorships, including interfacing with clients and brand teams, other account team members, and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship initiatives
  • Assist in the strategic development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customized programs/promotions
  • Manage relationships with partner properties and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of client
  • Manage the approvals process on behalf of client, including liaising between talent, properties, and agency partners
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of materials to support sponsorship initiatives and sports strategy, including preparing marketing activation presentations and materials to be presented to the client, agencies, properties and other stakeholders
  • Interface and coordinate with cross-functional teams (internal and external, i.e. experiential, social, or trade marketing) assisting in briefing, ensuring the client’s brand and sports properties are accurately represented, and managing projects related to soccer
  • Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client, vendors, agencies, agents, and all other involved parties
  • Provide and incorporate general insight and industry best practices
  • Recap sponsorship and talent performances

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of sports experience (agency or sports entity preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the soccer landscape in the U.S.
  • Ability to manage the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy on behalf of client or company
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client management experience preferred
  • Experience with brand positioning, marketing strategies, integrated and experiential marketing
  • Experience with working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners
  • Strong ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Proficiency in building presentation decks

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$61,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$82,000 annually
