Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Account Executive to join our team and manage the relationship with Insight Enterprises, a key partner in our channel network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of Insight's business operations and market dynamics.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for Insight Enterprises in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Insight Enterprises, including executives, sales teams, and account managers.
  • Drive revenue growth through the channel by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and supporting sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within the channel.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, pricing, and incentives to maximize mutual profitability and success.
  • Lead joint business planning sessions, QBRs, and other strategic meetings with Insight Enterprises to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Mentor and support funded Head resources, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to promote the brand and build relationships within the channel ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel management, preferably with a focus on Insight Enterprises or similar large channel partners.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of technology products and services, particularly in the IT industry. Mobility products a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
