Job Title: Seller Support Trainer
Department: Seller Policy Planning and Operations Team
What will you do?
The Seller Support Trainer plays a crucial role in educating external sellers, ensuring their compliance with platform policies while helping them enhance their business performance. This role requires a strong background in training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and execute seller education programs effectively. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to align training content with the latest policy updates, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall seller experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Seller Education: Conduct training sessions via phone, online meetings, and in-person workshops to educate sellers on platform policies, best practices, and operational guidelines.
2. Training Program Design: Develop and update training materials based on Coupang’s policies and seller needs.
3. Training Effectiveness Evaluation: Collect seller feedback, assess the impact of training, and implement improvements.
4. Policy Updates: Collaborate with the Seller Policy Team to ensure training content aligns with the latest policies.
5. Seller Communication: Provide support and guidance through phone interactions, addressing sellers’ inquiries and assisting them in resolving issues.
6. Training & Development: Lead the training and development of Seller Support Counselors, covering different business models and compliance-related areas.
7. Issue Identification & Improvement: Identify areas impacting seller and advisor experiences, analyze QA results, DSAT, consultation data (AHT, ACW, ATT), and propose guideline and SOP enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years in education, training, or a related field. E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with various training methods and tools, with experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to build relationships with sellers from diverse backgrounds and understand their needs.
• Problem-Solving Skills and ability to quickly identify and resolve seller issues.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
