As part of the Segmentation team, this role focuses on providing quality technical support by reviewing patient CT scan images and using an in-house software to create pre-operative surgical plans for joint replacement surgeries using Stryker's MAKO robot. You will strive to uphold compliance with company policies and quality standards in all processes, contributing towards the company's mission of making healthcare better, through improved patient outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Maintain accuracy of database by ensuring all case requests are input into the system
  • Review patient CT Scans for conformity to required protocol
  • Segment patient CT Scan images using specialized software to create 3D bone model images
  • Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee joint replacement surgeries
  • Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, Implant sizing and positioning
  • Upload completed pre-operative plans to field based personnel
  • Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Minimally a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Biotechnology or equivalent fields
  • Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) highly preferred
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
