DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
The Segment Manager, SourceOne – is responsible for managing segment focused teams, developing account management protocols, and assisting in the implementation of sale strategy. They will work with the Operations Director, CX Director, S1 Segment teams and account executives to grow SourceOne’s support existing annuity business while striving to assist in increasing market share. They will function as the department leader regarding all activities tied to strategic segment accounts.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for execution of SourceOne strategy to drive segment growth
- Manage existing contracts and assist with RFP’s
- Develop and nurture relationships with installation partners to leverage segment growth
- Travel as necessary to maintain or create personal contact with current and potential customers, key stakeholders, installation partners
- Develops and recommends assigned segment labor pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Evaluates sales research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor sales and marketing activities.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Participates in sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed segment expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years experience in similar supervisory role
- Experience in commercial carpet industry strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Travel: 25%
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
