The Fee Processing team is part of UMB’s Shared Services team and largely supports UMB’s Institutional Custody and Corporate Trust teams by invoicing client fees and ensuring revenue is applied correctly.

As the Securities Services Operations Analyst, you will ensure new client fee schedules are correctly interpreted and established within the billing system. You will also assist with client onboarding, reviewing for process improvements, analyzing data, and producing reporting,  

The role interacts with internal teams. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site) for candidates in the Kansas City area.

How you will spend your time:

  • You will review client fee schedules and establish the proper system codes to reflect accurate client billing
  • You will do reporting, reviewing, and research tasks
  • You will assist the team in ensuring invoices are delivered in a timely manner.
  • You will work with internal teams on process improvements and efficiencies
  • You will be asked to train on and assist other functions as needed

Compensation Range:

$44,790.00 - $86,510.00
