Job Description
- Engineering background (electronics, mechatronics, production, industrial or mechanical engineering) preferably with background in manufacturing and technical areas
- Experience with a variety of testing techniques, including environmental testing, durability testing, and performance testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with test automation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Previous work experience on Simultaneous Engineering teams is an asset -> dealing w. multicultural teams & coordinationg activities
- Eager to learn and w. high motivation to search deep technical topics
- Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
- Assertiveness and ability to negotiate & convince on working and management level
- Able to solve complex problems w. analytical & systematical approach
- Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish, English and German
Qualifications

- Being proactive and actively managing changes with systematic documentation
- Project management knowledge is an asset

- Personality (curiosity, flexibility, convincing) is important since there are many stakeholders from various departments like process development teams, product development teams, sample shop
