What’s the job?
As an SDR at Connecteam, you'll collaborate closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will involve engaging with inbound leads—handling requests for demos, quotes, trials, and general information—while providing all necessary details during the presale stage. Your role will be to help grow the operation by engaging leads who are interested in what we do. You'll collaborate with Sales and leadership to build, improve, and expand new programs.
What you'll be doing:
- As an SDR you’ll help us engage with inbound leads via calls/email/social media
- Identify the qualified leads and set up qualified demos for Sales to establish and grow pipeline opportunities
- Email campaigns and follow up with relevant leads
- Establish and nurture long term relationships with Top of funnel leads via LinkedIn/emails/chat, moving them through the sales funnel, until they are ready for high intent engagement with a sales rep.
- Manage all of your prospecting efforts in our CRM tool (hubspot) to ensure we can track all sales and prospecting activity
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales team on strategic new business initiatives (markets, roles, geographies etc.) to generate new opportunities.
***The position requires availability during US business hours and days: Monday - Thursday 1PM-11PM, Friday 11AM - One hour before Shabbat***
What you'll bring with you:
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/any other sales position.
- Hunger for success, high energy, self motivation, team player, happy person with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to get scrappy, we’re a start-up!
- Native English speaker - must!
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, goal-orientated, and customer-centric
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a startup environment
