Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong grasp of Agile principles, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to guide teams and foster an environment of continuous improvement. This role will support development efforts across both web and mobile applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the development team in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a self-organizing, cross-functional team environment where everyone is empowered to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on sprint goals and priorities.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, helping the team optimize workflow and productivity.
- Serve as a servant leader to the development team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and adaptability to meet evolving project and business needs.
Some Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably working on web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices, with experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and remove blockers that affect team performance.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
