About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in requirement engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and requirement engineering, with experience leading teams and managing complex projects.

What you will do

1. Scrum Framework Implementation: Implement and maintain Scrum framework, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

2. Requirement Engineering: Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and coach Scrum teams, removing impediments and ensuring smooth project delivery.

4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Experience: 6-9 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach, with experience in requirement engineering and team leadership.

2. Technical Skills:

    1. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

    2. Experience with requirement engineering tools, such as JIRA, DOORS, or ReqSuite.

    3. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.

3. Soft Skills:

    1. Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.

    2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Bonus Points if  You Have

  • Certifications: Scrum Master certification, such as CSM or PSM, and requirement engineering certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
  • Complex Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
