About the role
• Manage the commercial and operational relationship with the schools and AMPAS.
• Resolution of doubts and incidents with the schools
• Preparation of the list of books to be published on the web.
• Planning of dates for commercial operations (WTS).
• Manage massive book changes (Errata and collectives) and the economic impact on lists.
• Management of student backorders.
• Manage requests and orders from schools (IBF's).
• Analysis and management of BFA's/Sellback to schoolsSpecific knowledge:

Valid driver's license

Availability and flexible hours

Languages:
o Spanish and Catalan spoken and written perfectly
o English read -
Software:
o Advanced user of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
o Advanced user in customer management softwareWe will take into account:
o Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP
o Knowledge of the educational or publishing sector
o Availability of own vehicle to visit customers
