We operate out of eight sites across the UK. We have set the strategy to double the size of the business by 2030, having previously doubled the size since 2019. We have seen successful and profitable growth and see specialist insurance solutions as the way to continue to deliver that ambition.

Our growth will come through existing and new Liability and Propertyproduct lines. We continue to invest in our team across the board to achieve our goals. One of the largest new initiatives as part of our 2030 plan is an increased focus on Schemes. We have a significant schemes book already and the plan will see this being the largest individual driver of our future growth.

What we ask of you:

· Work with the Broker Distribution Director and Director of Underwriting to lead the creation of a new Schemes Operations model

· Work with senior leaders across National Markets UK including underwriting, sales and operations to ensure the Schemes plans are delivered

· You will be owning the establishment and development of the Schemes business alongside the Head of Schemes Sales

· Set the operating model including bordereaux process, technology capabilities and platforms, operations and builds of new schemes, monitoring of performance, efficiency drives and improving broker/customer journeys

· Lead process improvement projects working with internal and external vendors/partners

· Embed operational KPIs in support of productivity goals

· Embed process improvement capability through training and knowledge transfer

· Lead complex issue and root cause analysis with recommendations to resolve

What you will bring to the role:

· A track record of process improvement

· Experience of managing the operational structure of a Schemes business within a UK retail operation

· A strong ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders

· A hands-on approach, with high energy levels and self-motivation

· Experience in leading small teams for process improvement projects
