Job Description
WeLink is looking for a scheduling coordinator to help coordinate the activities of our field teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the schedule of 10-20 technicians, updating ticketing systems and our CRM, and communicating with customers to confirm appointments or reset expectations. PST or MST time zones are required for this position.
Essential Job Functions
- Schedule appointments and work orders needed to maximize tech productivity
- Responsible for creating work orders, providing status to the customer and following up with technicians
- Complete daily reports
- Act as a liaison between sales representatives, technicians and customers
- Ensure technicians efficiency
- Have the ability to work with customers in live time and provide real time technical dispatch support
- Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 8Ma- 5pm MST, with the potential of a rotating on-call Sunday

Candidates may work remotely in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, HI, NV, UT, WA and MUST reside in pacific and mountain standard times zones. Schedule after training is 9 am to 6 pm Tuesday- Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.
