Manufacturing Scheduler
Location: Springfield, TN
Job Summary: The Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for developing and communicating a schedule of range models to be manufactured, including delivery dates, to ensure the coordination of the proper parts at the proper time. This role involves maintaining customer order schedules to provide products to the next customer on time and in the order requested. Additionally, the scheduler will coordinate the flow of manufactured production parts through the Fabrication or Finishing area to meet the demands of customer orders by scheduling the proper parts at the proper time and maintaining necessary reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Scheduler – Direct Ship:
- Develop and communicate a schedule of range models to be manufactured, including delivery dates, to ensure the coordination of the proper parts at the proper time.
- Maintain customer order schedules to provide products to the next customer on time and in the order requested.
- Production Parts Scheduler – Fabrication, Finishing:
- Coordinate the flow of manufactured production parts through the Fabrication or Finishing area to meet the demands of customer orders by scheduling the proper parts at the proper time.
- Maintain necessary reports and communicate parts changes in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications and Basic Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Minimum one year of Electrolux experience or one year of outside work experience in a production scheduling position.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Access, demonstrated by testing.
- Ability to stand or sit for the majority of the shift.
