SAP Technical Architect - BW and BOBJ

We have an immediate need for an SAP Technical Architect with BW (Business Warehouse) and BOBJ (Business Objects) technical and ABAP development experience:

• The role is full time & fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Australia.
• Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers.
• Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote-based SAP 4th level support for our global customers in various industries.
• Resolve complicated issues requiring expert level debugging skills and deep technical knowledge of BW and BOBJ.
• Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, with excellent customer focus and communication, and friendly interaction.
• Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills.

Requirements (must haves):

• 18+ years SAP BW and BOBJ technical experience
• Datasources, Infoproviders, Process Chains, Transformations
• ECC Source system extraction and activation
• Data source creation and assignment
• Info Provider/Info Source Design and Development
• Strong BOBJ admin experience.
• Proficient in ABAP Development and debugging of both custom and SAP standard code
• Strong BW back and front-end experience.
• Good understanding of data sources from SAP and non SAP systems.
• Deep knowledge of 3rd party tools to connect to other source systems.
• SAP BW on HANA
• HANA CDS Views
• Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment.

Requirements (nice to haves):

• Other SAP BI tools (ex. BPC, BEX, Crystal Reports, etc.)
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (ex. FICO, PP, SD, PM, etc.)
• Embedded Analytics
