Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements
• Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional capabilities
• Understand the concept of human resource within SAP and the related customization
• Participate in TNR sessions (Including Fiori applications)
• Interacting with other teams to understand module dependencies, resolve cross-team issues and ensure requirements are met
• Interacting with offshore team to manage the different ongoing subjects
• Assistance to end users if need be
• Planning and overseeing all aspects of client delivery
• Medium competences on debugging
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields
• 2-3 years of work experience in SAP / any related functional area
• Advanced architectural knowledge of SAP ERP S/4HANA
• Experience in client facing role and focus on client satisfaction
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and team-oriented environment
• Demonstrate leadership skills
• Good communication in French and English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
