This position is responsible for overseeing quarterly development release activities and utilizing expertise of SAP applications to collaborate with IT and business partners for gathering and documenting business requirements, designing solutions, developing and executing test plans, and assessing delivery quality.

Position offers an annual salary of $141,696.88 per year.

What You Drive at DTFS
- The SAP System Specialist will oversee quarterly development release activities. Utilize expertise of SAP applications to collaborate with IT and business partners for gathering and documenting business requirements, designing solutions, developing and executing test plans, and assessing delivery quality. Oversee and address customer issues / tickets. Monitor system SLA’s. Address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Work with IT Infrastructure teams to address issues and implement system upgrades without impact to business continuity. Work closely with IT Security team to follow data security guidelines. Manage business expectations and relationships by utilizing knowledge of tactical and strategic plans and objectives of business partners. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues, and management. Develop plans and time estimates, track progress to plans, communicate status, and escalate issues and risks on a timely basis. Manage medium to large projects within the team and across multiple application areas. Develop comprehensive project plans, develop business case documents, as well as, provide risk assessment and cost plans.

Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in accounting or Business with emphasis on auditing, or related.
- 5 years of experience in job offered or related in project management, finance and accounting, or software development.
- 5 years’ experience with SAP projects, enhancements and support in Financials; 5 years’ experience in Project Management; 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting Businesses and Processes; 5 years of small software development and debug; and 5 years of Functional Software Processes.
