Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree in MIS, MBA, or related disciplines is preferred.

  • Experience: Ideally 7 years of experience with SAP full life-cycle implementations and operational support within an experience in SAP Order-To-Cash

  • Skills:

    • In-depth understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture and technologies.

    • Strong experience with SAP project implementations, including integration with related modules like WM and OTC.

    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

    • Good understanding of RICEF and customizations in complex environments.

    • Proven ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment.

    • Communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences and senior management.

    • Fluent in English, speaking other language is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of SAP OTC solutions to align with Stryker’s business needs for enhancements and projects.

  • Collaborate with global process governance, IT business partners, and delivery teams to drive alignment in solution designs and delivery timelines.

  • Author and maintain detailed system and technical documentation to ensure best practices are followed.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems process flow and overall performance.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to solution analysts and IT vendor resources within the team.

  • Oversee project execution to deliver on budget and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
