- The SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP QM modules including Quality Planning (QP), Quality Inspection (QI), Quality Notifications (QN), and Quality Certificates (QC).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their quality management needs.
- Configure and customize SAP QM modules to align with business processes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP QM with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for quality management processes and system capabilities.
- Support testing activities including test script development, execution, and defect resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, analyzing new functionalities and implementing them in the QM system.
- The candidate should know how SAP works and have some fundamental knowledge in and around Quality management.
