The Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. They work closely with business and technical teams to understand user needs and translate these requirements into effective technical solutions.

Job Description

The Generalist SAP Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing SAP projects. They ensure that project objectives are met within the specified timelines and budgets while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design the project scope, including setting timelines, determining necessary resources, and defining milestones.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with other departments and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
• Manage risks, including developing contingency plans.
• Oversee the implementation of SAP software and systems.
• Ensure the optimization of SAP solutions for the client's business processes.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and report on project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines and budgets.
• Resolve SAP-related issues that arise during the project.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in one of the national languages (French or Dutch) and English.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certification (a plus).
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SAP projects.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP projects on time and within budget.
