Main responsibilities
- Provide deep functional and business knowledge about a specialized area of the business or a specific process area and system related
- Work with the Business Implementation team to ensure any legal or regulatory requirements and specifications are understood and considered
- Ensure business scenarios are replicated in the test cases
Main tasks
- Represent local organization in E2E Process to identify localization needs
- Participate in Localization Sprints (User Stories Design, Build, Test)
- Provides input for Master Data in respective E2E Process area
- Validate System Integration Test results
- Prepare & execute User Acceptance Test activities, validate results
- Participate in Local Change Impact Assessment workshops
- Participate in Local Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum workshops
- Participate in Key User Training and in Train-the-Trainer Trainings
- Execute End User Trainings (incl. attendance tracking and feedback collection)
- Act as Key User in the BT Support model and organization (e.g. first point of contact to support End Users, evaluate End User adoption for go-live, support post go-live adoption (Social Learning and Performance Support), continuous improvements and escalating questions or concerns)
Profile
- Specialist, coming from the Business with excellent / specialist knowledge of the Business Processes and Functional requirements within the selected Process Area
- Knows local requirements (statutory, legal, tax)
- Ideally, knowledge of the System/Technical solution
- Understands dependencies and integrations with other areas of the Business
- Ability to turn in depth functional know-how into requirements that can be used as a basis for the concepts, models and process developed by the Scrum team
- Understands company’s as well as program’s vision and objectives
- For Trainers: capable to teach others and facilitate trainings
- Fluent in English and local language+
- Good communication skills
Tasks and Qualifications:
Skillset
- English at a communicative level is required (daily communication with accross the plants in Europe), German is an advantage
- Experience with the SAP QM module from the production plant (experience with system setup of control plans, control batches, complaint resolution, recording and evaluation of deviations in the production process)
- SAP S4 HANA experience (and standalone implementation experience) strongly preferred
- Experience with collaboration on projects (preparation of system data for Go-Live, testing, subsequent hyper care, implementation of new processes, improvement of existing processes)
- The art of conveying information, creating teaching materials, conducting training

Tasks
- Maintenance and management of system data in SAP QM, SAP ME
- Cooperation with other departments (production, industrial engineering, quality and logistics) and their support in operational matters
- Cooperation on international projects (entering new data into the SAP system)
- Optimization of existing processes
- Screening of proposed and planned system changes (including testing) and their impact on connected processes
- Training of new employees and development of existing users
- Communication with other key users within the concern, sharing new functionalities and defining other common strategies for the development of the SAP QM and SAP ME modules
