Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy and support Semtech business processes using SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics modules

Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Ensure requirements are clear, well-documented, and understood by all parties.

Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for automation.
-
Propose IT solutions to enhance business operations.
-
Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRD), technical & functional specifications
-
Collaborate with internal IT teams to design and validate the technical solutions that meet business requirements
-
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and are technically feasible.
-
Develop test plans and participate in system testing to ensure the solution meets the defined requirements.
-
Work with users to facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback.
-
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring both sides understand each other’s needs and constraints.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
-
Assist in managing the implementation of new systems or processes.
-
Help with change management activities by ensuring users are trained and systems are integrated smoothly.

Hands-on functional configuration experience of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Logistics execution and Warehousing
-
Strong candidate will have SAP experience implementing Order-to Cash and Order Fulfillment processes
-
Ensure project quality by adhering to standards in development, testing and quality methodologies assuring integration with other systems
-
Participate in the development and maintenance of procedures and training materials. Provide instructions to users and coach them in the use of SAP SD and Logistics applications
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Graduate with 7+ years of SAP SD/LE experience working on multiple projects
-
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related degree or equivalent experience

Strong integration understanding of how SAP SD integrates across other MM, PP, FI/CO, APO and BI modules and with other IT systems
-
SAP certification is desirable
-
Knowledge of Semiconductor/Hi-Tech industry supply chain planning and execution practices will be an advantage
-
Experience in ABAP/debugging a plus
-
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and should be able to work in a team environment interacting with others efficiently
Key Skills
-
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP BI, SAP CRM, Salesforce.com (SFDC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is required
-
Detailed knowledge and hands-on functional configuration and implementation experience in SAP Sales Order Management, Pricing, Logistics execution, Delivery, Invoicing, Trade compliance and Returns
-
Must have at least two full-lifecycles of SAP SD implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)

Experience in Sales and Logistics master data, inbound and outbound logistics, returns, warehousing – picking/packing/shipment functionalities and reporting
-
Strong candidate will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
