Join us for a 12-week internship with the SAP Finance and Test Automation groups!
Location: First preference is someone local, driving distance to our HQ in Westbrook, Maine, such as Maine or New Hampshire, but would also consider the right candidate in other states in EST or CST time zones.
The SAP Finance & Test Automation groups are responsible for optimizing and enhancing SAP systems to support business processes efficiently. Our team works on SAP Finance and other modules, ensuring seamless operations through automation, innovation, and best-in-class solutions.
In this internship role you would…
- Gain hands-on experience with SAP Finance Modules and functionalities
- Learn how to design and develop automated test scripts to improve SAP system testing and validation
- Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing test automation frameworks
Day-to-day asks are likely to include:
- Learning SAP Business Processes which can be translated into Automated Test Cases
- Collaborating with team members to identify test cases for automation
- Documenting and troubleshooting testing results
Ideal skills for this role include:
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
- Understanding of software testing principles
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Requirements for the role include:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. A strong understanding of both technical concepts and financial processes is preferred.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must have completed at least one year of college.
- A track record of student success and potential as demonstrated by GPA, research portfolio, prior work experiences and/or the recommendation of a professor preferred.
