SAP EWM Functional Consultant (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are searching an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM and a proven track record of at least 1 full lifecycle implementation on S/4HANA (Embedded or Decentralized) and 3 full lifecycle EWM implementations on SAP SCM. The ideal candidate will lead delivery teams on both small and large projects, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend solutions that align business requirements with SAP standard functionality.

Main Responsibilities:
•    Define and manage deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget constraints.
•    Act as a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables to ensure they meet project (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements and design, enterprise structure, baseline configurations, process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures).
•    Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, subject matter experts (SMEs), and professional networks.
•    Utilize and apply best practices in projects, appropriately tailored to client needs and culture

•    Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise .

Requirements:
•    Many years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant specializing in SAP MM/WM/EWM modules.
•    3+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience with at least one end-to-end implementation.
•    Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA System UI and Fiori apps.
•    E2E SAP project implementations, including:  EWM implementations in SCM, and/or EWM implementation in S/4HANA covering inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, production material staging, and physical inventory processes.
•    In-depth knowledge of warehouse structure, process-oriented and layout-oriented storage control, VAS, ERP-EWM connectivity configurations, and data distribution models setup.
•    Integration knowledge and experience with SAP TMS, MM, SD, and PP preferred, and strong understanding of SAP modules and business best practices
•    Experience in business process re-engineering and designing process improvements and controls.

Education and Qualifications:
•    Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
•    Bachelor’s degree required.
•    S/4HANA EWM Certification preferred.
